5/6/09 - Meeting tomorrow, and Amanda & Libby receive an award

May 7th - CFA Meeting - Thursday the 7th at 6:30 p.m. at the Boone Co. Electric Cooperative community room (north side of building), 1413 Rangeline St. CMHS board leadership will present an overview of the budget and shelter operations, the board's study on "where our animals come from," and other information designed to arm CFA members with the information that will help us make our case for support to potential donors.

Also, PETA has decided to honor Amanda Huhman and Libby Burks, the two 13-year-old girls who got this whole thing started, with a special award.  You can read their press release at http://www.peta.org/mc/NewsItem.asp?id=13014.
