Not to be confused with Animal Control, CMHS is not a city or county utility and receives no direct funding from taxes.

CMHS provides shelter & animal adoption services to more than 50 Mid-Missouri counties, as well as low-cost spaying & neutering operations, animal behavior training, Lost & Found animal services, and many other services.
